Brigid Marshall is an actor, writer, director, and musician from Chicago! Her latest credits include Dan Fogelman's new show Paradise City for Hulu and Dick Wolf's Chicago PD, as well as a new spot for Bic Lighters with Snoop Dogg and Martha Stewart.
She is a sketch comedy and character performer on The Pack Theater's house sketch team Behemoth. Her latest short film Just Passing Time, which she wrote and directed, has been a hit on the festival circuit screening at HollyShorts, Sunscreen Film Festival, and Malibu International Film Festival, among others.
Brigid's been featured in national and regional commercials, including campaigns for Verizon's Visible Wireless, Constant Contact, and Weedmaps 🤑🤑🤑. She has also written and acted in videos on CollegeHumor, BuzzFeed, Funny or Die, Bustle, Huffington Post Comedy, and the iO Comedy Network.
Great Hair Productions, a production company she started with friends, has produced 6 short films, which have gleaned over 50 official selections. Her film Over and Out screened as part of the prestigious 2018 SAG-AFTRA LA Short Film Showcase. The script was also a finalist in the 307 Film Festival for Best Screenplay. 2019 marked her directorial debut with The New Old Fashioned, starring Lou Taylor Pucci and Ashley Sutton Capella. In 2020 she followed up with the short film Maiz(ə)ld.
In 2021 she had a leading role in the indie feature Mary Tyler, Millennial. Notably it was a Quarter Finalist at the Vancouver Independent Film Festival.
She has performed and trained at Second City Chicago, UCB, iO, Groundlings, the Annoyance, iO Chicago, iO West, The Improv Space, and with both Stan Kirsch Studios and G. Charles Wright Studio.
